Responsible Gaming
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to earn money. We want you to enjoy the game and to stay aware of its financial and social risks.
Staying in Control
Treat your time at the casino like any other leisure activity, with a budget you are comfortable losing. These simple rules help:
- play to relax, not to make a profit;
- after a loss, do not try to win it back straight away: come back later;
- never play with money you cannot afford to lose;
- keep track of the time and money you spend.
If you feel you need a break, write to the support team and they will close your access to the service for a while. The account is blocked after a support manager calls the account owner to confirm the request.
Signs of a Problem
These questions can help you tell whether gambling is becoming a problem:
- Does playing keep you from work or school?
- Do you play to fill time or escape boredom?
- Do you play alone for long periods?
- Has anyone told you that you spend too much time gambling?
- Do you spend less time with family and friends because of gambling?
- Have you lied about how much time or money you spend on it?
- Do you find it hard to spend your gambling money on anything else?
- Do you often keep playing until you have lost everything?
- Do you want to win money back right after a loss?
- Do you feel lost or desperate after losing?
- Do problems or disappointments make you want to play?
If you answered yes to several of these, it is worth talking to one of the organisations below.

Protecting Minors
Only adults aged 18 and over can open an account. Age is checked through verification of payment method accounts, and spot checks of accounts can be carried out at any time. If an underage player is found, the account is closed and the funds are confiscated.
If you share a computer with children or other people who should not gamble, filtering software can block access to gambling sites:
