Terms and Conditions
This page sums up the main Slotonauts Terms and Conditions in plain words. It covers who can play, your account, verification, payments, bonus money and what happens if the rules are broken.
About These Terms
By visiting the site or opening an account, you accept these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the game rules and the terms of each promotion. The terms have been in force since 1 January 2017. They may be changed at any time, and the updated version is published on the site. If you do not agree with a change, you can close your account. Sports and cybersport bets also follow the Betting Rules. The English text prevails over any translation.
Who Can Play
- You must be 18 or older. You may be asked for documents that confirm your age, and the account is suspended until they are provided.
- If an underage player is found, the account is closed, bets and winnings are cancelled and the funds are forfeited.
- Accounts cannot be opened by residents of a list of restricted countries. The United Kingdom is not on that list.
- You are responsible for making sure online gambling is legal where you live and for declaring your winnings if required.
- By signing up, you confirm that you have no gambling addiction and are not registered with a self-exclusion scheme such as GAMSTOP.
Your Account
- Registration requires your real name, e-mail, date of birth, phone number and a password. The details must match your documents.
- Only one account is allowed per person, computer, IP address and phone number. Duplicate accounts may be closed, and winnings and bonuses on them are cancelled.
- Keep your login details private. You are responsible for everything done in your account, and you should report any unauthorised access straight away.
- Selling or transferring an account is not allowed.
Verification and Anti-Money Laundering
The AML rules apply to every player who makes a deposit. To confirm your identity and the source of funds, you may be asked for:
- a valid passport, driving licence or ID card, sometimes with a photo of you holding it;
- proof of address, such as a utility bill or a bank statement;
- proof that the payment method is yours, for example photos of both sides of your card with the first six and last four digits visible and the CVV hidden;
- in some cases, proof of the source of your earnings.
Withdrawals may be restricted while documents are being checked. Accounts with suspicious activity may be blocked and their funds held, and politically exposed persons must tell the company about their status.
Deposits and Withdrawals
- Funds must come from a legitimate source and from cards or accounts in your own name. Money from relatives, friends or partners is not accepted, and chargebacks are not allowed.
- Each deposit must be wagered at least x3 before you withdraw winnings. For example, a 10 € deposit needs 30 € of bets.
- To withdraw, you need a confirmed phone and e-mail and at least one deposit in the last 30 days. Withdrawals go to the method used for the deposit, and a withdrawal may be split across methods.
- Withdrawals to a Mastercard credit card are not possible: another method is used instead.
- You cannot withdraw while a bonus round, free spins or risk-free bets are still unfinished.
- Larger withdrawal requests require an ID and a utility bill.
- Only one withdrawal request can be open at a time. A request may be processed within 36 hours, and extra checks can take up to 30 days.
- Withdrawal limits are 2000 € a day, 10 000 € a week and 40 000 € a month.
- Funds withdrawn without being used in the game may be charged a fee of 20% of the amount.
Playing and Placing Bets
- Your game and payment history is available in the Cashbox.
- Play in one browser tab at a time. Playing in several tabs may lead to cancelled winnings and a blocked account.
- The official time of the site is UTC+3.
- Winnings may be checked with the game provider for up to 30 calendar days.
Prohibited Actions
The following are not allowed and may lead to the account being blocked and winnings cancelled:
- collusion with other players, fraud or the use of stolen cards;
- bots, scripts or other software that gives an unfair advantage;
- money laundering;
- abusive language, threats, spam or attempts to hack the site.
Suspicious activity may be investigated for up to 75 days, with the account functions limited during the check.
Account Closure and Inactive Accounts
- The company may block or close an account without notice in cases of fraud, links to blocked accounts, hacking or use from a restricted country.
- An account without a login for 180 days becomes inactive. A fee of 5 € per month is then charged, and if less than 5 € remains, the whole balance is debited.
- Self-exclusion requested through the online chat lasts 30 days from the date of blocking.
Bonus Money
Bonus money follows its own set of rules:
- Only one bonus can be active at a time. The next one becomes available once the current bonus is wagered or cancelled.
- A verified phone number is required to receive bonuses.
- While a bonus is being wagered, the max bet is 2 € per spin, including bonus buys, and 50 € on sport and cybersport. A single bet must also not exceed 20% of the bonus amount, otherwise it does not count.
- Winnings stay locked until the bonus is wagered.
- Table games such as roulette, Sic Bo and baccarat, as well as video poker, do not count towards wagering. Bets on sport and cybersport at odds from 1.55 count three times faster.
- Hundreds of slots are excluded from bonus play, including Immortal Romance, Dead or Alive, Thunderstruck, Mega Joker, Blood Suckers and Moon Princess.
- Wagering is cancelled if the balance drops to 0.2 €.
- Delaying game rounds, betting on all roulette numbers or both colours, and other abuse lead to the bonus and winnings being cancelled.
Liability and Errors
You use the site at your own risk. The company is not responsible for failures of your equipment or internet connection, and it may cancel or limit any bet. Money paid out by mistake must be returned on request. Force majeure, including DDoS attacks, releases the company from its obligations for the time it lasts.
Complaints
If you have a complaint, contact support first, at customercare@slotonauts.email or through the online chat. Server records and correspondence are used as the final evidence in any dispute.
